Rescheduling and cancellations.

Deposits are non-refundable and go towards the final price of the tattoo. Please reschedule at least 24 hours prior if you can’t make it or are feeling sick! Failure to reschedule with a 24-hour notice may result in requiring another deposit to reschedule. Cancellations result in a total loss of deposit

Tardiness and no-shows.

There is a 15-minute grace period after the scheduled tattoo appointment time. Failure to show within that window will be considered a no-show and the appointment will be cancelled.

If I (Cris) reschedule.

The same rules that apply to you, apply to me. If I reschedule with less than a 24-hour notice, I will always offer you to reschedule or to give you your deposit back. However, if I reschedule with 24+ hours in advance, I will only ask to reschedule.

Guests.

Guests are welcome, but due to limited space within the tattoo studio, they may be asked to wait in the lobby. Guests should not interfere with the tattoo, such as hovering over the space I’m tattooing at, or messing with equipment. They will be asked to wait in the lobby if they are disruptive. If you plan to bring a minor with you, please inquire with me first.

Disclaimers for allergies and keloids.

While I practice high standards of hygiene and professionalism, it's important to note that reactions like pigment allergies, second skin sensitivities, and keloid scarring are unpredictable. Understanding your own and your family’s history with allergies or keloids may help assess your risk, but the absence of previous reactions doesn’t completely eliminate the possibility.

Disclaimers for medical conditions and medications.

If you have a medical condition such as, but not limited to, diabetes, thrombocytopenia or hemophilia, eczema or psoriasis, or an STD, the healing process may be affected or slowed. I highly encourage you to share your condition(s) with me, to guide you better on the healing process.

Please consult with your doctor(s) and get cleared with them before booking with me if you are:

• Pregnant or lactating.

• Taking medications such as, but not limited to, blood thinners, acne medications, antibiotics, or immunosuppressants.

• Getting or got any type of surgery or medical procedure.

Please follow your doctor’s advice to avoid complications with your medical situation and your tattoo. You are still more than welcome to inquire about pricing or booking using the clearance date your doctor gives you, though!

By sending your deposit you are certifying that you understand and agree with all policies and disclaimers.
